Artist's Comment:

"Each time I view this piece, it always brings back memories of my stay in Guatemala (several years ago). This is the view I had one evening when I stayed with some friends at a humble native dwelling along the banks of beautiful Lake Atitlan. There you will see Indians who still wear their traditional colorful native garments. The sunsets in Guatemala are spectacular, especially in the areas of the volcanoes. These clouds were typical after a storm. The name of the volcano on the other side of the lake is 'Santiago'."
