RACING THE STORM
Thunder and lightning
Crash in the night.
The young stallion
Runs with great fright!
Galloping faster and faster
To outrun the storm.
If he can only get to the barn
where it’s safe, dry and warm.
Galloping, galloping,
He gets there in time,
A clean bed of straw,
So grateful to find!
